Pipe systems

In our product range you can find tubular piping of circular cross-section and ducts of rectangular cross-section, which are produced of high quality galvanized steel of standard thickness ranging between 0,75 mm to 0.90 mm. We also offer piping elements for individual requests which can be produced of 1,25 mm galvanized steel. Piping elements of that type are often used in industries where there is a higher risk of faster exploitation of the ducts due to mechanical or abrasive damages.

Our piping components are produced in the following diamaters Ø80 – Ø1000 mm.

BASIC DIMENSIONS – GALVANIZED STEEL

BENDS

We offer piping elements of circular or rectangular cross-sections produced of certified, high quality galvanized steel of thickness ranging from 0,75 mm to 0,90 mm. For individual requests we also offer components produced of 1,25 mm galvanized steel. Among our products you can also find piping components produced of black steel of 2,0 mm, 2,5 mm and 3,0 mm – that type of piping elements are often used in industries where there is a higher risk of faster exploitation of the ducts due to mechanical or abrasive damages.

Our piping components are produced in the following diamaters Ø80 – Ø1000 mm.

PIPE TEES

Within our range of products there are branches of different types.

1. Straight tees – side opening outlet branch at a 45° degree angle, where diemensions of A and B are the same and C dimenion cannot be bigger than (A+B)/2

2. Reducing tees – side opening outlet branch at a 45° degree angle – where A is bigger than B, and C dimension cannot be bigger than (A+B)/2. In case of the reducing tees, the dimensions A and B are lengthened by one cylindrical ring (on both or one side by ca. 50 mm) in order to install wide pull rings. The wide pull rings are used from diameter of Ø180 mm.

3. Double tees – side opening outlet branches at a 45° degree angle – are produced in both stright and reducing versions. Here the same relations apply, that is: C or D dimension cannot be bigger than (A+B/2). Dimensions of C and D can be different, however, it is common to assume that C dimension is usually biger than D. In case of double reducing tees, A and B are lengthened by an additional cylindrical ring (on one or both sides by ca. 50 mm) in order to install wide pull rings. The wide pull rings are used from diameter of Ø180 mm.

4. Symetrical tees or Y-tees (‘trousers’) – side opening outlet branches at a 45° degree angle – A, B and C dimenions are alwyas the same. In case different diameters for B and C are needed, as standard additional reducing endings are added to achieve a desired size. L1 = (A/4)x3, L2 = 0,5xL2.

MANUAL AND PNEUMATIC SLIDING DAMPERS

Our range of products includes a wide choice of sliding dampers. We offer manual, balance and pneumatic dampers.

1. Manual sliding dampers – most common – installed in a place that is easily accessed by the user – usualy near the outlet of the machine.

2. Balance sliding dampers – installed in places with a limited access by the user, usually near the processing centres. This type of sliding dampers is installed at bigger heights and is equipped with a chain or rope to use it.

3. Pneumatic sliding dampers – the most expensive solution. The sliding damper can be installed so it is initiated automatically at the start of the machine, and switched off when machine stops.

Depending on a slide damper type, they are produced of steel sheets from 0,9 mm to even 4,0 mm.

Our slide dampers are available for the following diameteres: from 80 mm to 800 mm.

Our pneumatic slide dampers are equipped with 1 or 2 moto operators (depends on the diameter).

PIPE REDUCERS

Pipe reducers can be produced with different finish – depending on the installation method – with a smooth finish, for a hose, a pull ring or with a pipe flange. As standard, our reducers are produced of galvanized steel of 0,9 mm thickness. In case of bigger diameters (from Ø180 mm and more) and in case of special finish (smooth, for a hose or with a flange), the reducers are lengthened by an additional cylidrical ring of ca. 50 mm on one or both sides.

TRANSITION PIPES

Pipe transitions provide transition from rectangular duct to round pipe (or the other way round). They are produced with different finish, depending on the installation method, with a smooth finish, for a hose, a pull ring or with a pipe flange. On the rectangular side, the transition is as standard produced with a smooth finish. As an option, a flat flange can be used (with or without openings) upon customer’s wish. Our transitions are produced of galvanized steel of 09 mm as standard.

Pipe fittings production is within the diameters from Ø80 mm to Ø1000 mm.

PIPE PULL-RINGS, CONNECTORS, FLANGES

Narrow pull-rings – used for diameters from Ø80 mm to Ø160 mm as standard. However, they are available for diameters up to Ø500 mm. The narrow pull-rings consist of 2 halves joined together with the use of two M5 allen screws.

Wide pull-rings – wide band clamps are used for pipe diameters of Ø180 mm do Ø800 mm, they are installed with the use of one M5 allen screw.

Flanges – flat flanges are used for all diameters. Depending on their diameters they are produced in different versions in which steel thickness, number and diameter of the holes differ. Flanges are bolted and available in the following steel types: raw, coated or galvanized steel.

Flanges are produced for diameters ranging from Ø80 mm to Ø1000 mm.

Our pipings of circular cross-section are finished with dimples, enabling easy and quick mounting with the use of pull-rings or flanges. Our piping system allows a low-cost and simple expansion or modernization of the existing installation as all the pipings and fittings are of multiple use.

PIPE HOLDERS

Our pipe holders are made of steel sheets of 2 mm or 3 mm thick. They allow to install the pipes underneath the ceiling or to the wall. Each handler consists of two elements bolted together – mounting or dismantling pipes is quick and easy.

Our pipe holders are produced for diameters from Ø80 mm to Ø1000 mm.

RECTANGULAR DUCTS

Ducts of rectangular cross-section are, as standard, made of galvanized steel of 0,75 mm to 0,90 mm thickness. They are equipped with RAS type special joining profiles, which enable quick and easy installation. In order to strengthen the connection, special clamps are used.

In dedusting system, the ventilation dusts are usually used for conveying cleaned air back to the production hall. They can be thermally insulated (in order to keep the returned air warm during winter time).

Ducts consist of: connecting ducts, straight ducts, segment bends, summer/winter flaps, air inlet ducts. The returned air inlet ducts can be equipped with fire flaps, which, in case of fire, cut off the air flow and ‘inform’ the main control cabinet that it is neccesary to switch off all the working machines and devices. In order to expand the returned air at the end of the ducts, filter sleeves can be installed.
