Our buffer storage tank – a clear profit

In order to meet our customers’ needs we have developed a storage tank equipped with a sweeping & discharging system. The tank is used for pneumatic transport systems. Traditionally, pneumatic transport is organized with the use of a conveying fan, which continuously distributes the material into other parts of the system, e.g. into a silo. However, in case of small amount of the waste material such solution is not effective in terms of costs.

The buffer storage tanks of our production have the capacity of ca. 7m₃, allowing to store material during normal operation of the conveying system without the use of a conveying fan. The conveying fan is initiated only after the tank is full and when it is being discharged. This solution ensures lower energy consumption and lower costs.
