OW workstation dust collectors

Our workstation OW dust collectors are efficient and simple mobile filters designed for extraction and filtration of dust, sawdust and other waste particles from various processing machines. They are designed for interior use and can filter from 1500 up to 4000 cubic meters per hour.

Depending on the type of filter (bag filter or pleaded cartridge filter) these mobile dust collectors can successfully be used for wood, metal or plastic origin dust.

They are equipped with extraction fan of 1,1kW or 2,2kW power which efficiently extracts dust, sawdust and chips produced by milling and planing machines, panel saws and other processing machines.

Each OW dust collector is equipped with wheels, which help to move the filter when needed. Their standard equipment are waste bins which can also be replaced by plastic bags if more handy.

Selection of filter media

The OW dust collectors are produced in 2 versions: OW-1 with one filter (bag type or pleaded) and OW-2 with two filters accordingly.

The type of filter is selected according to the kind and parameters of the processed material. For wood and plastic dusts the bag filters made of antistatic polystyrene are recommended and for metal dust the cartridge filters with pleaded polyester enclosed in special mesh are more adequate.
