We are happy to inform that our rotary valves achieved positive results in explosion isolation testing at the Central Mining Institute at Katowice (Główny Instytut Górniczy – GIG). The aim of the testing was to estabilish the explosion isolating properties of the valve which is used in dust collectors, cyclones and vessels.

This time a smaller size dedusting installation left our company and went to our Customer for further installation.

Every year many people get killed or badly injured in fires and dust explosions that happen in industrial production plants. The industry is affected by millions worth losses due to the unplanned breaks from work caused by fires or dust explosions.

A well-designed dust collector should have a structure that withstands the explosion that could take place inside of it without having its outer casing damaged.

The ODM modular dust collectors have been designed for various industries such as: paper production, food production, welding, chemical, wood or plastics processing.

Dedusting systems, inside of which an explosive atmosphere may occur due to the filtration of combustible dusts, have to be equipped with protective devices which are compliant with the ATEX directive.

There is no doubt that a very important pillar of our team are our installation specialists. It is their effort which crowns the work that was earlier designed by our engineers. Every detail has to be in perfect order and match the rest. Although not everything can be predicted before the installation actually takes place.

Our silo tanks are perfect not only for storing the waste from material processing but they can also be used for storing fuel – pellets which later can be used as bio-fuel for heating buildings, offices and production halls.

Modular baghouse dust collectors are used in almost every branch of industry where there is a problem of polluted air.

In order to meet our customers’ needs we have developed a storage tank equipped with a sweeping & discharging system. The tank is used for pneumatic transport systems. Traditionally, pneumatic transport is organized with the use of a conveying fan, which continuously distributes the material into other parts of the system, e.g. into a silo. However, in case of small amount of the waste material such solution is not effective in terms of costs.
